Gee, thanks for letting me know that NPCs can only move into 7*5 rooms! If only it was true. Turns out they can live in 7*4 rooms just fine. Now I look like an asshole to the guy that I spent 30 minutes [I]insisting[/I] that his rooms were too small.

The best bet you have is to make a new character and use an editor to manually copy it over.

Uhm, don't download the latest TShock, I accidentally overwrote something I shouldn't have. This involves how data is sent, meaning that you could potentially break your worlds. I went topside to grab what I had left in all of my chests in my first shelter and as I was on my way back down the message "A goblin army is approaching from the west!" appeared. I wasn't ready for it and I didn't feel like fighting either, so I just said "fuck it" and went on my way back to the jungle. I went back up after I was notified of a meteor landing, only to find that the goblin army was there and I was attacked by waves of them. Killed every last one with my Blade of Grass and didn't die once. :smug: Also got a pair of rocket boots, [I]finally.[/I]

I end up just digging the tunnel fully down to the underworld and each hit of the pickaxe hitting the fireballs incoming. Then, when I get down to the bottom, I'm always getting hit into lava. Eventually I found a colbalt shield in a chest later, but before that, it was almost unplayable with the constant fireball spam. If I got into a nice vein of hellstone, I could manage, but only then. Then of course, the giant bone worms.

Then of course, the giant bone worms.[/QUOTE] If you take a ton of meteor ore down there, place enough of it in a small confined area and it will only spawn meteor heads within a relative location and no serpents/fire imps will bug you, just annoying as hell meteor heads.

Anyone else experiencing bone serpents spawning onscreen? Also sorry about the server being down, I have no idea what is going on.
