Terraria Megathread V3 - Wheres that map drawer program again? - Games

The server for this game is so buggy... me and two friends have been playing on my server all day, then when I opened it up just now we had a goblin invasion and a blood moon at the same time, and all the NPCs were teleporting all over the map, randomly disappearing and reappearing again. The only thing that stayed persistant was our health, meaning we were getting raped by teleporting NPCs and couldn't do anything about it. Are there any custom servers that are coded well?

I've had this before as well, it seems that the first person to join gets horrible "lag" (it's not really lag, but it looks like it on their end).

Does anyone happen to have a server with constant goblin attack/want to trade rocket boots for something? I have loads of items up for trade.

I might start brand new world, anyone want to start a character from scratch and get it high leveled? I can run a server, I have a few times now, no hamachi needed. I might add a whitelist, so if I do, PM me your external IP so I can add you.

GAH I was just mining with a friend, and it was lagging quite a bit. He was stuck at a wall mining nothing constantly on my screen. I walked around for a bit mining stuff, when suddenly he tells me he sees the first Eye of Cthulhu message appear. We figured we'd be safe underground. Suddenly my lagging stops, and it does the whole thing where everything up to that point gets caught up with you really fast. I hear the boss music and think "oh crud" When suddenly AT LEAST 100 OF THOSE EYE SERVANT THINGS APPEAR THROUGH THE WALL AT ONCE AND IT SCARES THE HELL OUT OF ME. I then have to fight off all of those, and the boss. I die, and about two seconds afterward it becomes daytime, and my friend underground is all like "Yes its daytime!" and the Eye of Cthulhu goes away. I wish I had a screenshot to show but in the panic I didn't take one

Test server up for anti-dynamite. I want you guys to do activities like mining or digging and see if you hit the rate limits. If you do, you'll get a chat message when you reach that rate limit. Test everything, like cutting down trees(which might do it), mining, etc. scout.shankshock.com no password

Hell yeah, I'm in that picture! And yeah he was invincible and had several Skeletron heads stuck to him, so we were trying to kill them.
