My world is fucking huge. Been exploring a network of caves for ages. Good thing I got my grappling hook a while ago. Some of the parts are just impossible to get down to without it. Takes ages just to get down to the unexplored parts.

all my friends are playing this game... and I'm the only one without it :smithicide: It is so sad... talking in a voice chat with them and then they start talking about terraria :saddowns:

How can you use a depth meter to find islands? I heard it was possible but I'm not sure how.

Everytime I see the Iron Helmet, I just think it's a Devo hat.

I'm still getting a SocketException when I try to join any server, please help?

Is demonite armor and a flamarang good enough to fight skeletron?

Sorry if I may sound ignorant, but from what I've seen from gameplay videos and descriptions etc. from this game it just looks like and plays just like Minecraft only in 2D. Am I missing something? Because I don't see what's so great about this game.

Terraria is about fighting bosses, finding loot, exploring dungeons and collecting Angel Statues

Fuck, Ive hit hell now. I got golden armor + golden tools and weapons. Boomerang and grapplehook. But then 3 of those fire ferrets spawn and a giant bone snake, and then im dead :( Got like 7 harts or so. So I thought, maybe make some opsidian. But when I pour water into the lave, it just disapears :v

Server down for now.

Honestly, forget the "minecraft-like" idea. Think more metroidvania game with a little construction introduced, because this game has more in common with those types of games then minecraft in my opinion.

Any server up that has lots of boss fights ?

Why does my server crash when someone tries to join? I played for like 30 minutes with my brother, suddenly just crashed.
