Terraria Megathread V3 - Wheres that map drawer program again? - Games

Figured out what's wrong with the 83% freeze trying to join multiplayer, just change your spawn in singleplayer. Went onto singleplayer, put it to my more main bed, relaunched the server and I could join fine. I can even choose the same spawn as before. I think it's just a problem with the patch. Anyway, gonna post what me and my buddy have done in the 3 days we've played on this world. My little private floating base in the sky away from our main base. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/VrgrV.png[/IMG] A storage area I made for us last night, he's not seen it yet though. It's right a the top of the map and has 13 chests there... the light doesn't matter. It needs to be further down. below the rocky dirt background.

Now to fix how my game crashes when I try to join servers.

wow his client crashed after i gave him the gold so it didnt save his character I: that sucks, atleast he got some mana stars

Well, As for my unfinished tower (still need to do something about the meteor floor, and add a few more floors), Here's a map of it. Screenshots will come when I finish. [img]http://i.imgur.com/8BeKC.png[/img] Are there any suggestions for what I should do with the floating Island to the left? I kinda want to make it part of the structure somehow. Oh, and the one to the right too, before i mine out the brick.

Does the NPCs need their own house to move in,or is a room enough?

How do you get your server to have a link to connect to it?

Is Starfury a good weapon, both in general and for fighting Skeletron?

Upgraded version of vilethorn would be awesome. It'd be my favourite weapon in the game if it wasn't weak compared to other weapons. Also, anybody want a starfury? I have like 5. For free of course.

You can measure it by making a dirt line down, where the grass stops growing is the start of the "below". And yes i do think light matters, and they produce their own light anyways.

I've just managed to kill Eater of Worlds again, And I've got some demonite ore for the demonite room of my tower, So i'm adding that on top of the tower. I'll add some sort of room for the floating island, But what about the one on the right?

I meant below the start of the rocky dirt background, which is immediately where "below" starts. The light doesn't have any effect though. I've built mushroom farms and the only thing that matters is that they be below 0ft. depth.
