The Annie issue is more overlooked then MM's flaws(Not idiots, so much the enemy team just simply being way better then you).

Annie at level 6 needs to be ganked. At mid, there's nothing much you can do to stop Annie unless you bought some MR/runes beforehand. I hate when people complain at people for feeding annie when she flashed in their face, threw a ult stun combo and killed them in 10 secs flat with no competition.

Late game she's less useful, but she'll generally push all game anyway so no need. The sidelanes on her team have to be feeding.

I agree with you on matchmaking. Did a 3v3 with a level 30 friend of mine, and we got a random level 29. all under 200 wins. We are put against 3 level 30's, two with 200+ wins and one with 400+ wins and he played a hard carry.

And I'm not totally sure what you mean with the annie thing? are you saying she is OP at level 6? I sort of agree in the sense that there's not really much you can do about her.

In a way OP, in a way not. You CAN cleanse etc but if cleanse is your only option to escape a combo why bother, at least tone down the ap ratios/dmg overall.

I can't really place on [I]what[/I] should be nerfed, riot should playtest different ideas until they balance her.

Her AP ratios suck. I'd rather have them lower the base damage and increase the scaling.

I had a kassadin who built DPS, then flamed me for only getting 3 kills as yi. My whole team focused their fucking amumu and their tryndamere every teamfight.
When they died, and I ran/died, they flamed me for not being a good yi.
