"Let's make every caster OP and luck-based!" I wasn't advocating or putting down the idea of spell shock, I was just posting it because I thought it was interesting.

Afaik there aren't /any/ items that raise your energy on enery-based champs.

She would have wasted 5 mins of their time as opposed to half an hour. If Phreak or JeffJew or Guinsoo had done this the community would have raged at them.
