On TT, I get Spirit Visage, boots, Frozen Mallet, and anything I need to counter the other team after that.
On SR, I get Spirit Visage, boots, and then just stack Zeals. It actually works pretty well.
Spirit Visage sucks yo.
Eh, it's cheap and provides good regen and CDR.
Edit: Feel free to replace it with Warmog's if the game goes on long enough.
Edit 2: Warmog's is terrible HP for it's price.

No, it's about 50 less, but it grants you 430 more HP at all times.
