So I've played all of ten games with Miss Fortune and have tried a few different item builds, I'll list the one I've had the most luck with, and in order of getting them

1)Manamune
2)Mercury's Treads
3)Phantom Dancer
4)Infinity Edge
5)Executioner's Calling
6)Frozen Mallet

I would probably replace Executioner's Calling with something else, I just needed some life steal and wanted to continue getting more crit.

Before I got Executioner's Calling I was 0-0-7, and when the game ended I was 11-0-14 and we had pushed them all the way from our inhibitor to their death (while getting two Ace's) so it might be worth keeping.

Runes are setup for Armor Pen and Attack Damage.

Boots
Infinity Edge
Frozen Mallet or Stark's
Black Cleaver
Whichever you didn't get in #4

I went with attack runes for better early game harassing, taking advantage of people standing behind minions and using my Q to reflect into them (dealing 120% damage) takes off 1/3 or so health.
