Well, when I use to play DPS Sion, I usually went by this item build:
Dorans blade
Executioner's calling
Zeal > Phantom Dancer
Infinity Edge
Atma's impaler
Guardian angel (if the game dragged on)
And for runes, Crit chance reg's, Crit damage quints.
Oh yeah, dont forget to buy boots,
I would go for boots of swiftness
unless they have alot of stunners/slowers then i would go for mercury treads.

Yeah I use a similar build. I usually end up with:
Executioner's calling
Phantom Dancer
upgraded boots (based on who I'm fighting)
Infinity Edge
Bloodthirster
And then my last slot I put whatever in based on what's most useful in the current game.
I'm not a high level yet, so I only have a few rune spots left, but I have been filling them with crit chance runes. I haven't bought any quintessences yet, though.

Ah, your build is pretty much the same as me then, i've seen people go for more attack damage, it was pretty meh though.

It's been acting up for me as well.
What do you guys think about 'giving' carries kills? I generally play a tank or support character, letting carries get the kills and accepting my assists. However, more and more frequently I seem to get flamed for having less kills then deaths (even as a healer.) When you guys play a non-carry what do you do?

If you have a ton of assists and they're bitching, then they're goddamn stupid
Nine times out of ten if someone QQs at you about your KDR just ignore them. It rarely matters

What's so bad about malady?
Just played with the worst kayle I have ever seen. Ulted himself at full HP and fed Eve. I told him get oracles but he said it cost too much.

You can get the same thing plus an aura and a debuff with Stark's fervor for 600 more. Or you can get recurve bow plus emblem of valour for cheaper and get basically the same stats plus an HP regen aura

Dat warwick. It was actually a 3v5 until like thte last 10 minutes. And all WW their Yi and their jax did was backdoor. That's how they won their 3v5. we aced them multiple times (ok that's a lie, we only aced them twice). See my 26 more losses than wins? I"m an unlucky guy
Why didn't you push after you aced, and then keep one guy back to def after they respawned?
They also tried to pick on underleveled yi when he rejoined.

All our inhibs were down, they had supers up the wazoo, and usually since it was like 3v5 only one of us was still alive and was low. Yi was still alive but he was low leveled and would just have fed.
