He's just a whole lot less effective compared to others. You want magic damage? Annie and Fiddle are way better. You want a DPS? [insert buttload of champions in a list here] are better at pooping out sustainable damage compared to TF. You want backdooring? Get Kayle. I mean, yeah there's people like Rilez who is an amazing TF, but I'm just saying that the champion itself is pretty neutered as of this point.

Am I the only person who's no longer bothered by jax at all? Seems to be a combination of Jax players rambo attitude and peoples fear of him that always makes him the one dead within 5 seconds of a team fight starting.
