OK Kassadin just shuts down Olaf hard. He stays alive through the DPS cause of his lifesteal but that doesn't do jack against my burst.
His range is poor compared to other ranged champs and his Q,W, and E have poor range as well. He's only really good against pure tanks. If the tanks can do damage then they would just rape him at close quarters.

or how about that he's a support in which he rapes with his e and auto attack combo with r harass
All they have to do is move slightly back and then you're forced to chase them down to get the full damage in.

that's why i said he's a support, you need to get some champs with stun or slow to get full potential of corki.

To be honest on someone like Veigar or Ryze, they are pretty damn awesome when stacked. You end with like 4000 mana, and 1000 ap.
So it's good for nukers. Especially Ryze due to his passive also.
