I have been following this guide with the exception of picking mana potion instead of a health potion and picking 2 needlessly large rod instead of a Zhonya's ring(I never use the ability and I only get 10 AP less.
Then I sell my Doran's and start raping potions.

Any comment about this?

I'm doing fine with this build. If my team doesn't suck like hell and RQ I get scores like this: 15/2/20

Well depends, on the enemy team. If they are retarded and always attack me instead of the squishies, I get Randuins/Banshees/FoN/Thornmail of course depending on if it's DPS or caster.
For your damage, get Haunting Guise if they have some MR, Abyssal Scepter, Frozen Mallet.
Sorcerers shoes. You're meaty enough to survive some cc.

All of Morde's damage comes from Magic Penetration and staying alive. And because of the magic penetration, you are doing more damage no matter what, which keeps your shield even higher.

Everyone seems to say that she sucks in the endgame. I tend to play the support part, heal my team mates, and pick of the weak ones. I am doing fine like this.

And about the early game, I haven't had a chance to try to mid, so I have been a little behind all the time, but I still seem to kill champs.

Also, her voice is damn sexy.

You're just plain wrong about her voice but right about the lategame part, from what I've seen. Her power tapers off in the end, but she's still useful. It's not like she's Urgot or anything (poor Urgot).

Well, it takes 5 seconds to kill a wave of minions as a cougar, and your speedbuff + jump spam makes you run around the map pretty fast. :)

My advice would be, start with leveling the healing buff and when you can cougar use it all the time, unless you want to heal or lay a trap. ;)

Using the heal attack speed buff is also an important part when entering a fight or attacking a tower.

I start with Doran's Ring, and get Primal Surge first. Get spear at 2 and trap at 4. Skill priorities are R>E>Q>W.

My full build would be Lich Bane, boots, Guinsoo's, Rylai's, Zhonya's, and get anything you'd need after that, preferably a GA.

You can also pounce over thin walls. This video will show you some of them, since they're the easiest to use for escape.

start with doran's shield then sorc shoes, haunting guise, FoN, randuin's omen, abyssal scepter, then sell doran's for something else if the game goes on long enough
