Poison Trail is helped by Ability Power which Archangels staff Generates by using Mana SO Not only do i have a long lasting poison trail toggle i can also weaken the enemy if they are stupid enough to walk into it quite effectively.

Archangel does not generate mana by using poison trail at all. Neither does manamune. Having boots of mobility is just retarded because Poison Trail causes him to be in combat, giving you only 2 speed just about all the time. You best find your way out the door boy. Last game, everyone on my team had over 40 leaves. We had a jungle Mumu who died to golem somehow, and then quit. And then a Veigar who died went 1/9 and then left, 26 minutes into the game.
