MF is definitely borderline OP but she's kind of like Xin Zhao and Warwick from what I've seen: Borderline OP (WW isn't, Xin is) but they don't give you much trouble because they have awful playerbases. I have seen like one good Xin and one good Warwick ever. Malzahar was/is the opposite. Generally considered sub-par (at least before he got suppression) but he was still a threat because the people who [i]did[/i] play him were great with him.
