He was exactly the same at release as he was prior to a few of his nerfs he just got. At one time Garen was League of Legend's best kept secret.

The only thing that changed about him was that he could attack right after he uses his q now and his Judgement cleanse thing is a little weaker.

I wish you guys could add me, joining a solo queue every time is pretty boring after a while. And don't worry I ain't so bad, i'll probably get my ass kicked on ranked (though I don't know if people in ranked matches are that good) but I'm fairly good in normal games.
