Are Garen, Kayle, and Gangplank any good?

Gangplank is fantastic imho.

Gangplank is good so long as you spend 75% of the game farming. Kayle is a decent supporter and all-rounder. Garen is pretty bad and relies on getting fed early to have any effect late game.

For vlad, is that 15% of his current health or max health?

man I'm just on a ranked game losing streak. I managed to get up to the mid 1500's but now I'm just stuck at 1300-1400 limbo. I played one game where our soraka kept alt tabbing and dying "lol sorry alt tabbed again XD" then quit halfway through. Another game we were winning decisively then we got aced once and our team surrendered (wtf) free me from this hell, my username is MacLaren.

The passive of this ability affects the active. Russian Winter(5): Worldwide damage and slow effect to enemy minions and champions. (I haven't come up with good numbers.) Great Officer Purge (3): Damages, slows enemy champion. Enemy's turrets, minions, also attack this champion for 4/5/6 seconds. Champion targeted is priority target for this duration. 4th Ability (Name anyone?) (5): Passive: Scorched Earth: Destroyed turrets have an AOE slowing and damaging effect. I don't know if he's too weak or strong, but it's out of my head now at least. Sorry for shitty pic, but there's not much to draw off of.

How do you guys build Udyr? I can't seem to get many items by end-game. I usually end up with an Intervating Locket, Madred's Bloodrazor, and some form of boots. I want to increase my DPS but still have enough mana/mana regen to stance dance effectively.
