Does League of Legends have more players online than Heroes of Newerth?

LoL has plenty of players. I don't know the exact numbers, but I'm sure they're close.

Looking to try him out this week.

Yea sure. I just use one from the Leaguecraft site. Love Nasus, great pusher and support. Basically early game play really passively, start with SS and use that to get last hits to level up. Then max out Spirit Fire as quick as possible. Don't use SF on until it's either level 3-4 or the enemy has pushed into your tower. Level 4 SF can kill a creep wave by itself. Once you get Chalice or blue buff you can spam it all you want. Skill priority: Ult > SF > Wither > SS Nasus is pretty much an off-tank, he has lots of health but nothing like taunt. Items: Dorans shield + hp pot Chalice of Harmony Mercury treads Aegis of The Legion Sheen Then it branches out depending on enemy team. Stack Sunfire for melee. FoN and Banshee's for Magic Resist. Once you get your ult, run over to blue buff and grab it, even use your ult to get it. Then proceed to push or whatever your team needs. Once your level 11, you can tank Baron if you can get your team over there. [editline]03:37PM[/editline] For team fights, wither their carry, pop a spirit fire in the middle of the action and pop your ult once you're in the middle of the enemies group so you can drain as much HP as you can. [editline]03:43PM[/editline] Cleanse and Ghost are best for his spells. [editline]03:45PM[/editline] Try to be in a 1v2 or 1v1 lane because the lack of a lane partner means more last hits for SS and leveling SF up quicker.

Well LoL is free and on Xfire, it's like the 5th most played game.

Don't get chalice, avoid mana regen items on Nasus. Get some Mana regen per level runes, they are like 210 IP a piece, very cheap. (blues btw)

Me and Shogun aren't level 30 so we have to get Chalice pretty much or else we'll be oom all the time.

Just used that Nasus build (it is the standard tank support build I use anyway, and it is pretty damn awesome. Went 12-6, first 4 being in the first 20 minutes, when they kept leaving lanes to gank. But awesome at pushing towers, in a teamfight, ult, run in and dominate.
