IMO HoN sucks compared to league.
Counter picking is retarded, your team should pick a makeup and run with it, not have an advantage because you were the last side to counter-pick what the other side took (One reason I hate ranked on league, however atleast you have to lock in)
Another annoying aspect is losing gold on death, just silly.

BTW I found out that you only get IP for 4-6 practices games per day. Just if anyone else wanted to know. Not sure if it's concrete fact but it seems reasonable.

7 lose streak. 7 bad games of someone feeding 5 kills and then leaving. Switch to AP Sion. Warwick on my team not jungling. Shaco not jungling, I mention to him that he should be. He goes off to jungle in that exact game trying to kill the small golem camp with 2 JITBs for 5 mins and then dies, he goes top lane with WW and someone else I can't recall. I solo bot and take them out 4 times. Then my team precedes to roll face in team fights and makes the other team surrender right when it hit 25 mins. Score was 24-4.

Not really. Counter-picking is just another element of strategy in the mix. Banning pick is brilliant and losing gold on death is a way of adding more value to staying alive.

Most games on honcast I've seen where magmus has been played, he's been fucking shit.
And it's annoying as hell because in some he just murders people.
I found DPS sion to be extremely nice.

I'm farming up in my lane and then the entire enemy team rushes out from the bush, I exhaust Yi and then Shen ults in on me, so does Panth and TF. I cleaver anyone running away and Fiddlesticks gets a quadkill with his crow storm. Everyone teleporting in out of nowhere.

Oh wow. 4v5 and we won. Our Kayle fed 6 kills to enemies in first 15 mins and then ragequitted. Luckily, I laned with Janna and we had really nice teamwork.
They were all melee champs though, and their Amumu failed initiations.
