She has the capability for huge burst damage, if shes fed she can do amazing or with proper support but in general yeah she is pretty bad. I just had a game where someone said "You think trynd is up? lolol u suck!!"

What would be some good items to get a Pantheon at the start of the match in a 5v5?

Start with chalice of harmony, and mercury treads or ninja tabi depending on your lane. [editline]01:06AM[/editline] For your later items, I'd grab ghostblade, rageblade, and nashors. Other than that go wild.

Chalice of harmony? for Pantheon? nonono. You should not have any mana items for him, you should be managing when to use your skills or not. Either use your spear shot in the beginning to harass or last hit as you see fit. I go long sword + 2 hp pots > Brutalizer > t1 boots > Save up for BF sword > upgrade boots > blood thirster > Ghostblade > and then a defensive item, either Banshee's or Randuin's. [editline]10:25PM[/editline] Rage blade and nashors? you just went full retard.[/QUOTE] Defensive item before ghost blade, ghost blade isn't that great for panth because his damage comes from his abilities which don't benefit from attack speed, and the extra armor pen is pretty useless later on. I'd personally go for a last whisper over a brutalizer/ghost blade as it scales better into the late game.

Yea well I guess last whisper does sound better. And BTW, don't use grand skyfall as an initiator ever. It should best be used as a utility move, to teleport to a lane/tower that needs defending, or to grab red/blue buff.

If you need attack speed, Stark's is better but the 40% armor ignore would make Heart seeker rape shit.

Stark's ferver is more useful because of the aura it gives to the team, and you only lose 10% AS. If you do the math, you are only losing .010 or something like that on your AS. You won't miss it. 2. HSS is shit for damage, it is only good for last hitting or refreshing your passive shield. It is good however if you have 3x IE like I had one game when I was fed 6 kills in 5 mins.

Last whisper is far superior, also HSS is fantastic for damage, a pantheon auto attacking for most of a fight = fail.

You spent 4,080 gold on an item that is only purchased because of the passive it gives.. and that passive is unique. (Obviously the +80dmg and +20 crit are nice.. there are better ways of getting that after you have 1 IE though..)

If possible she'll always drop it next to the brush and with a few exceptions the cloak is big enough so you can dodge the AoE. Plus if you take flash you can very easily escape.

OK I just found out something pretty nice. Apparently, with Pantheon's ult, you can exhaust the enemy while you're still in the air once the green circle appears. So you can jump in, exhaust, land right on him for 1000+ dmg, auto attack, stun once they come out of the exhaust, heart seeker, throw spear. Dead. Gonna need to try this.
