Hextech is only ever used by the couple of hybrids anyway.
Tried Vlad since he is free, but he is kinda hard to play.

For example, Akali is one of the only champs it goes relatively well on. Because of the price, nobody got it though.
I'm glad the nerf on Heimer is here, but I'm hesitant to buy him now. Oh well, I'm really liking Morgana a lot.

I find that Akali is much better if you go AP. I don't think the spell vamp that her passive gives you helps much. While yes her Crescent Slash does use AP and AD, that's the only skill that does. You can do insane amounts of burst damage if you go with AP and Lich Bane. Stacking AP will also increase her auto attack damage through her passive anyways (although the extra damage is magic damage).

God DAMN, Morgana is too much fun. My account hails from the beta, and about a year after that, a friend dragged me in for a match during a week that Morgana was free. Haven't played her in a year, but I finally bought her and had a hilarious match.
She locks shit down like nobody's business. Those stuns are hardcore. Fun!
