Galio is so goddamn awesome, buying him only well timed stuns/cleanse can make them escape and even then you could just use it when they try to escape awesome last pick on ranked, epic aoe tiein with other champs on normal

Alistar build with Chalice, Mercury Treads, Sword of Divine, Starks Fervor, Black Cleaver and Trinity Force, is just OMGWTFBBQ epic. Can help the team so much in teamfights with his normal stuns etc (still tanky with his ult), and then lay out INSANE damage to towers. Backdoor machine.
