You probably don't even have to buy Fable: The Lost Chapters. It's quite old so just borrow it from a friend *winkwink*.
Batman Arkham Asylum.
Why would you buy Fallout: New Vegas on either console you'll miss out on like 90% of the game through mods.
Yeah definitely get any Bethesda game on PC, instead of Console. There's thousands times more content out there in Mods than the game has itself
Dead rising 2.
Also, Dead rising 2
And minecraft
Can't Civ 5 be played in offline mode, though? If you have a large enough flash drive, you could install steam and Civ 5 on it, and authenticate it once a month at a friend or something.

6 weeks is regrettably not enough to salvage your life, otherwise I would suggest that
What kind of shitty ISP makes you loose your internets for a month and a half?
Mobile phone -> USB Cable -> 4Mbit/s through phone modem
100ms pings, very playable. Look up if your phone supports it.
Also, Arma 2. The editor is pretty awesome.
Seriously, this. Screwing around on the editor alone is the most fun I've had in a video game.
Minecraft and Mount & Blade. Problem solved.
Where do you live, I could post you some of my old games.
Minecraft and Mount & Blade. Problem solved.
This.
But you might better try M&B:Warband or M&B:With fire and sword.

Also, good luck out there.

I said if I buy it I would buy it for the PC.
I have Fable 1 for the PC already so I might play it.
Dead Rising 2 and Fallout : New Vegas will be enough for my gaming needs when I am not painting or destroying the kitchen.

I live in Sweden, though I just Pre-ordered New Vegas and I ordered Dead Rising 2, it will take about 3 weeks for Dead Rising 2 to reach me.
GTA series.
Ive played through pretty much every game thats been posted in this thread :) But you guys reminded me I havnt played Mass Effect games for a very long time. I tried Mount & Blade, fun game I might get it after I get settled and everything.
You played Fable: TLC? Because if you haven't you really should.
I feel ya man, two months without when I moved. Lived off some Worms 4, Serious Sam and a very limited music collection.
That sucks man. Watch some movies and play some single-player.

Ah okay well I misunderstood then.
And holy crap three weeks? Do you live on a mountain top?
When you set it to offline mode, It's supposed to get a semi-permanent authentication to lock you out of your account on other computers, and allow you to play the games on the offline computer... It's a bit buggy though.
Wait for Gothic 4. (comes out in october)
Reading can be fun sometimes.
PS3 you say?
Red Dead Redemption
Saboteur (I love this game so much)
Got The Saboteur for PC, I got RD:R for Xbox 360 but sold it.
Reading can be fun sometimes.
Why not?
Well if you're looking for games:
-PSP: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep (may be short so play in master and try to get 100%)
-PS3: The best game that comes to my head is Little Big Planet, no finish , no limits and you can make levels with complicated mechanism.
Minecraft
Oblivion
Some other free Elder scrolls games
Fallout 3
Pokemon
Lots and lots of different downloadable games from the free games thread

Yes, check if your phone supports tethering, this would greatly help.
Also, Disgaea, easy 3 digit hours wasted.
I agree with the Fable TLC. It's a decent game and has replay value.
Dude be happy you don't have to go without internet for 6 months. I had to do that before cause My pc was borked and had to save up money to afford a new power supply (I don't have a job so had to alot of things to get money)
oblivion dragon age psychonauts red dead mass effect 2 dead rising 2
This.
Mass effect 2 alone can give you a solid 80 hours.
