I would say GTA IV, also. I have it for PC and it requires no internet, and you can screw with it for a while. Also the Video Editor is great.

Yeah, you kinda need internet activation for it.
Just do like i did. Download every single episode off top gear (i mean buy it offcause) and watch it. Thats about 150 hours of epic entertainment.

I recommend Risen, (depending on your location as it was banned in some places) It's a German made RPG, VERY underhyped for some reason? Good story and lots of cool shit to mine and stab and murderise. It features smithing and theiving and all the good shit.
