After about 5 minutes I realized the forums were filled with idiots. People can't accept the fact that it's 2010 and not 2000 and they're not going to make Deus Ex completely the same. So far I don't think they've made any choices I don't like. The new augs seem much more useful and I think making them more physical was a great idea since they seem more "there". The takedowns look great and although I liked meleeing everyone in Deus Ex I can easily admit that it was a pretty pathetic system that would never work now, although fine for its time. They just hate any form of change and will bitch about even the littlest things.

I still question takedowns. If it can keep the pace going and they're quick enough when they really need to be it wont be a problem for me.

Problem is this is exactly what the people on the forums do.

I would honestly rather have takedowns where I can potentially deal with multiple enemies in different ways rather than tap them on the back a few times. Note its only the fans that refuse to step forward who are the 'enemies' now. Not even warren himself could do a sequel nowdays without changing the formula to fit a multi-platform audience. To say they all complain about it being horrible, it could have been worse.
