Wow, your GPU is pretty underpowered compared to everything else. 460 is a good choice, best price/performance ratio of mid-end cards alongside the 5770

Yeah its a pretty dumb bottleneck. What specific card should I get? There are a billion of them and I've got no idea which one I actually need.
I'm secretly extremely glad it's coming out so late. I'll be busy with The Witcher 2 and Brink and I'm upgrading my computer in the summer anyways.

I'd say get the GTX 460 1GB. There aren't actually that many variations of a single card, just one or two with different VRAM amounts.

I have a ASUS 460, MSI is a good brand too alongside XFX and what not. I wouldn't really touch Palit, my friend has had two of their 460's break on him already.
I can get a MSI for like £145. Lets just hope it stays that way.

I had a pretty strange DE:HR dream last night. I was at some big mansion, and there was some sort of feast or something going on at the main hall. My mission was to extract and not harm a couple guys from there, and kill the rest. I got spotted somewhere along the way, so I ran into a bathroom and hid in a stall. I could hear the guards discussing outside, and some sort of massive hulking cyborg monstrosity walked past once. Then I noticed how the guards went all silent, and someone's head peeked over the bathroom stall door, I punched him in the face, threw a grenade over the door, and once it exploded I shot the guys who were all pretty much dying at this point.
But here's the twist: as the camera zoomed out into 3rd person, I noticed I wasn't playing as Adam, but rather Romo Lampkin

We have identical specs, excpet I have a GTX 460 786MB
Runs basically everything I throw at it at high-ish settings at 1980x1080. You should really get a 460 ASAP.

So it's somewhat last-gen, but it'll run games. It's the budget option, but you should go with a mid-end card if you can afford it.
Since the game has been delayed 'til August I'm gonna upgrade my pre-order to the Augmented Edition. That soundtrack is going to be played into the ground.

Its the CGI model. Goldtooth and Square Enix had more input on those assets so its not like how he looks in-game. That and its all supposed to be stylized.

Don't know if it has been brought up yet. But in the UK Rustlers burgers (you know that microwavable "meat"?) have been trying to keep their image as gamer food by holding a competition. Now, instead for the next CoD, they are holding it for this. Some kind of trip to the production HQ or something I didn't get a good look.
God dammit if only the burger was worth the £1.69.

The MSI cyclone GTX 460 (I assume that is what you are all talking about anyway) is a very, very reliable, cool and surprisingly quiet card. I can barely hear mind over my keyboard, it is currently idling at 34C for some reason, it usually hovers just under 30. If you need a decent mid-range card this seems to be near perfect. it maxes almost everything I tried.
