Pop quiz. Which pistol: Normal or Stealth?
Normal looks cool and I'm sure it has some advantages (especially if you mod it to have a silencer) but the Stealth is just so useful considering I have not found one silencer mod yet.
If I recall correctly, I used the stealth pistol until I found a silencer mod for the 9mm pistol in the MJ12 armory.
Silencer mod on Assault Rifle.... Silencer on Sniper Rifle :allears:

If I recall correctly, the normal 9mm has a N/A for Silencer, meaning it can't be silenced. If it could, it'd say NO. Or..did I miss something?

Fully upgraded Stealth, if playing Shifter, fully upgraded Lo Bruto.
It got through uncut in AUS, just a friendly heads up for all the Aussies.

Yeah, you can't mod it to have a silencer. A shame, because the stealth pistol looks like a box with a trigger.

Its also a lot weaker and won't actually drop a guy on a headshot (At least for me. Stupid MJ12 helmets)

use dragons tooth and melee aug
never worry about stealth problems again

But thats too easy. :frown:
Use the baton only, you can use the speed aug to circle strafe normal enemies, you need to use the invisibility aug on the super soldiers (invisibility aug doesn't make them not fight back, but it slows their turn speed enough that they can't keep up with you as you strafe around them batoning them). For robots you want to be using the candy bar a lot.

You can baton robots to death?
I'm currently using a magnum I found in Shifter, I took it off Lebedevs plane, inaccurate as piss but I've modifiers for that!
Get Lo Bruto instead, found in Hell's Kitchen from that guy in Paul's apartment building who threatens the owner or something
But I'm way past that area, I'm on the Illuminati bit now.
You can only blame yourself
i'm thinking about pre ordering it onsnip
they are new i think..found them on google...
If you're going to buy a cd-key, at least buy it from an old and trustworthy site.
yeah i know buy they are cheaper so i think i'm going to buy and report if they are trustworthy...
I figured it was impossible since the guards would spot me across the huge chasm in the sewers. Every goddamn time. Yet the NSF doesn't do a damn thing when I'm across the room in their helibase.
It's not impossible, it's just extremely fucking difficult. What I basically had to do was observe the 3 guards for about 15 minutes to learn their patrol routes, then pick the perfect opportunity to run around. I stocked up on beers beforehand from the Bar and just threw them around so that the troops would look the other way. Even then I ended up having to kamikaze them with pepper spray on the return run with Schick.
In the end I must have quickloaded about 200 times.

ahaha good look with that
Looks awesome, and after the RPS article about it I'm even more pumped.
If its over 30 hours long I might buy this over Skyrim, or at least delay Skyrim.
The dragon's tooth served me well until Area 51 when I ran into [sp]aliens[/sp] and kept on being irradiated

Regenerative aug.
Every Gray encounter was optional I thought?

I keep forgetting to bring things to distract units. More often that not, when I drop a unit they leave a combat knife. And more often than not, when I find something I want to nab, I toss the knife and everyone in the facility drops what they're doing and hunts me down. Goddamn, I just wanted the Biocell. :frown:
Still, pretty crafty. I just rely on my trusty pistol and crossbow. Slowly mastering the quick headshotting with darts.

This is why I stock up on Hazmats :eng101:
Every Gray encounter was optional I thought?
Aye. Not exactly required to go and poke them. I found them first in the [sp] MJ12 compound inside the VersaLife building [/sp] and they sorta just walked around and hissed at me. So I beat them with my Dragon. Meanies.

They're pretty much redundant if you have a fully upgraded Regen aug.

And useful if you don't. I took it last playthrough, but I decided to choose the other one this time. I'm also very careful about not getting shot. (Mostly because I chuck gas nades and finish them.)
