Is there anything I can do to lower DR2's graphics?

The name is irrelivent. You've obviously never played DR2 on the PC and this goes for any game. If you're gonna try to troll some fans, at least do some research. DR2 PC is anything but a port.

zombie quality does exactly what it says, it affects the quality of the textures on the zombies

It doesn't only affect zombie textures. It affects all textures. I already said that. Are you reading impaired?
I kind of don't see your side of the argument, especially since putting zombie textures on any setting doesn't seem to make any difference to textures.

I believe it uses an upgraded version of it, because hit detection feels a hell of a lot smoother on MW2 than it does CoD2, as well as HDR and depth of field and all that.
