How do I get more .45 ammo once I've finished the DLC? Is it integrated into the main leveled list?
Killing tribals? If so, this DLC is for me! [editline]18th May 2011[/editline] Do they sell DLC cards in the store?
About tribals, thats really the only downside. Theres not really any challenging enemies, just tribals that fall to pieces in seconds, and you never fight a lot of them at once. Otherwise, you fight Yao Guai, mantis, scorpions, cazadors, or molerats. [editline]18th May 2011[/editline]
How do I get more .45 ammo once I've finished the DLC? Has NVSE been updated yet?
Oddly enough the DLC didn't break NVSE.
Probably because it didn't come with an update to the game.
If I spent more time in the base game exploring the map and killing critters than questing, how much value is 'onest 'earts gonna give me?
I go to check my mod's thread on the Bethesda forums:
This mod, when finished, will lead me back to FO3. Also...for the Ground Zero section, I think you should add buildings like the ones that are going up right now to replace the WTC. Try to find diagrams of what they are building so you can have some reference. And also don't forget the reflecting pools where the original WTC towers stood. And also, are you planning on adding the actual suway tunnels through Manhattan? KEEP AT IT! THIS IS GOING TO BE TOTALLY STUNNING!

Another possible twist is have a bunch of dranged wannabee-terrorists worshipping ground zero.

As part of the main quest you should have an evil ending where you high-jack a Vertibird and fly it into the new WTC.

Flown by a bunch of wannabee-terrorists.
Aw thanks guys :kiddo:
Change of heart. Honest Hearts redeemed itself for me if you [sp]Pass the speech check with Joshua to spare Salt-upon-wounds. Joshua isn't as deadly as you'd think he'd be.[/sp] Also If you go to the survivalist's spots and read his terminal's you'll get his backstory.
I tried to get to Vegas by going north from Goodsprings. Needless to say, the cazadors fucked up my shit. I was able to get through the Deathclaw infested Sloan with my sneak skills and a stealth boy. Recharger guns are preety neat.
If you do make the WTC, it would be awesome if you made it an actual trade center, filled with a bunch of merchants and shit from around the city all in one big fortification
No WTC. It would take one dickhead hamfisting it in the general direction of Fox News and... Yeah. Or since everybody's outraged by this answer, yes there would be a World Trade Centre in the Fallout universe. I might include it, possibly as a sort of hub interior between the main faction locations. Maybe not. Definitely not going with that guy's suggestion of flying a fucking vertibird into it.
TAKE DRUGS, KILL A BEAR! I burst out laughing really fucking loud at this for some reason
Does anyone know how to refresh all vendors on the Xbox 360? I got a shitload of items from Honest hearts, and right now I'm carrying 300 pounds worth of shit. I used to have 450, but I sold some stuff, bought some ammo from the gun vendors and they ran out of caps. I think it's clear system cache or something, I don't want to fuck up my xbox further
Can't you just wait a couple ingame days? I think it's 3-4.
Would using the travel time between the Mojave and Zion also work?
Eh, it was mediocre at best considering there were almost no RPG elements to speak of. Still not nearly as bad as Mothership Zeta.
Glade to see I'm not the only one who hated that DLC. Fuck those aliens, fuck their weapons and fuck those cramped corridors
Glade to see I'm not the only one who hated that DLC. Fuck those aliens, fuck their weapons and fuck those cramped corridors
The weapons are nice, but everything else SUCKED.
The weapons are nice, but everything else SUCKED.
Well the weapons were good when in your possesion but when those asshole aliens have them? Fuck. That. Shit.
I thought it was fun, I went through zeta in sneaky mode with the Stealth Armor and that unique axe you got from Point Lookout, fun DLC to play. Sure, it was combat focused, I don't find that a really bad thing though.

I think its pretty interesting and accurate as to what someone would think when they were just thrust into the nuclear wasteland. I love how he thought that he was just seeing things when he spotted some ghouls in the distance. Also, what gives you the better ending in Honest Hearts?
I just completed that atomic wrangler escort job. When I was looking for the robot, I was expecting some sexy robot that vibrates or something. But instead, I fucking get a securitron named "Fisto" Also, when the owner/co-owner asked for a cowboy ghoul, I thought of getting Raul. Fucking games man.
Anyone know where there is a good gun store in New Vegas that sells just regular guns? I'm getting tired of having to use stuff off of dead enemies.
The Gun Runners near freeside.

Remember the guy who made this fucking monstrosity? http://www.newvegasnexus.com/imageshare/images/1063639-1288661207.jpg Well, he actually made something good: I think that makes Graham look a lot fucking better.

A Light Shining in Darkness. The best fucking pistol I have ever used
Uhhhhhhhhh..... That makes Graham look a lot fucking WORSE
How? It actually make him look like he's all burnt up, his original face texture is just the raider face texture and he doesn't look burnt at all. Though I do admit that that new one looks a bit too cartoonish.
Is Honest Hearts really, really short or is it just me? I honestly can't tell. One one hand, I spent a good couple days meticulously snaking through Dead Money while I almost accidentally plowed through to the ending of Honest Hearts in the course of an afternoon. On the other, I'm not sure if the time difference is more caused by lacking content or Dead Money being a survival horror-ish setup where I was constantly scrounging for bare essentials while trying not to blow up or suffocate while Honest Hearts didn't mind me taking my complete armor setup and all of my favorite guns to stomp tribals with. [editline]12:53[/editline] I don't think I could play with the reskinned Graham up there. Listening to his (vocally) relaxed speeches while staring into those ALL ANGRY ALL THE TIME eyes just wouldn't jive well.
