Why oddly pristine? He says he [sp]needs to replace them daily (with intense pain)[/sp]

You know what I find annoying about new vegas addons? How poorly they differentiate 'new' weapons and armor. Fucking painfully obvious how recycled the sounds and model is for the M1911. At 100 guns, it also feels completely worthless. Same for the police revolver and the BAR with assault carbine sounds. I always feel the stuff I'm carrying on me is a million times better than what they have in the expansions. I mean, aren't the purpose of the expansions supposed to expand the world and items you use? I usually drop them, or put them in permanent storage, never using them again. Also, for the few caves I've visited in Honest Hearts, I can say that these guys have a knack for making some truly useless areas. Yao Guai cave for example ; 4 Yao Guai cubs and NOTHING ELSE. No items, no neat little bits of information, nothing. Why would something like that need to exist if it adds absolutely nothing to the experience? I could be wrong, and it could have a larger role in the plot, but this is a common trend I've found in NV: Exploring some fucking area and it being a waste of time as there were only two creatures and a box of junk.
Flying Colossall Radscorpions
super Collosal death radscorpador paladin master.

There's nothing down there because in that quest you have the option of collapsing the cave permanently.
Small question, I'm really annoyed by throwing weapons just dissapearing out of bodies and or the game world after a second. Is this supposed to be that way? And or is there any way to disable this? Its really Immersion-breaking when spears just vanish out corpses or walls.
Looks like the Mysterious Stranger can't use melee weapons, totally ruined my idea for a mod :(
Ah, I see obsidian corrected the many complaints about Cazadors not being hard or numerous enough, by placing many Giant Cazadors in Zion. Just when I felt the regular cazadors weren't swarming and killing me enough
nevermind not buying honest hearts
nevermind not buying honest hearts
But in theory, they're easier! Just shoot at the (now larger) wings! ...They make me cry myself to sleep every night :ohdear:
Alright guys, give it to me straight: Should I buy Honest Hearts? Have most of the issues been fixed?
Cazadores terrify me everytime I see a horde buzzing towards me at 50mph. Deathclaws are small time now.
He looks fucking crazy.
They need to change his eye texture to look more docile but still "robust". I mean he's supposed to be burned and scorched, but I think his character indicates that he's a fairly calm and righteous person.. considering they only thing you really see is his eyes, you'd think they'd look more placid, and not so intense. This is a better picture Its a very odd change of pace for that guy's work. All his stuff is complete trash with the exception of this.
That Radio New Vegas fix sound like a culprit, try unticking it, then running the game.
All the RNV fix does is address a bug where instead of Stars On The Midnight Range, RNV had Big Iron twice.
I had to download a sound filter thing for the music in New Vegas to work, but unfortunately the sound stutters a lot.

I liked Fallout 3's world so much better than New Vegas', there was a balance between wasteland and urban environments to make it interesting no matter where you were... I'll never forget fighting my way to GNR through the subways and bombed out buildings, which was ten times more challenging considering Lyon's squad didn't spawn for some reason, and the behemoth battle was fun as shit because I didn't know the fat man was there.
Replaying Fallout: 2 and New Vegas at the the moment. Such great games.
Going to try HH at level 10, normal difficulty, and hardcore mode on.

while we're comparing fallout 3 and nv, are there any mods that change the atmosphere from "OH GOD MY EYES ARE ON FIRE" orange back to "perpetually underwater" green? or a mod that changes ironsights back to the not-ironsights like they were in f3?
i tried killing the behemoth with a bb gun didnt work out so well
I kept the BB gun with me the whole game, I delivered the final kill shot to that enclave guy at the end of the game with it, I was like :c00l:
