Why is the DoF overdone all that much?

My animations seem to be all messed up.. Everyone is frozen and hovers in place.

So I bought New Vegas today Retail, New Copy it was $29.99 CAD at Futureshop, cheaper then steam.

I fixed the problem.. Somehow i managed to reset all my graphic options to low and somehow that caused the glitch.. I have no idea, but its working now. I could still use that d3d file though.

Is there a way to skip the Come Fly With me quest? I forgot to get Confirmed Bachelor, so I couldn't skip it, and it's really annoying to go through time and time again.

Go into Manny's motel room and read the terminal entry. Or take the note he's carrying. Or if your character is psychic/very lucky, just head on up to [sp]Boulder City.[/sp]

Are you sure there is no d3d9.dll in C:\Windows\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas or wherever its installed

I think all my mods are messing up dead money.. It's suppose to look like this [media]http://thegamingliberty.com/wp-content/uploads/dead_money_batch_2__16_.jpg[/media] But mine looks like this [media]http://gyazo.com/b6678c6ed50d54d4820ac8dfe5bf8a60.png[/media] Fixed it, removed all my weather and visual mods for now.
