Hey guys, I had an idea for a NV mod "East Coast Imports" A Gun store that stock weapons from the East coast, like the Chinese Assault Rifle, .32 caliber weapons, the Combat Shotgun, ETC.
I don't know why but 90% of my shots miss with the Chinese assault rifle, at any range. The normal Assault Rifle works fine though. And the .32 is pretty worthless since you have the rifle.
Snort radaway* Fun fact FO3 had real names for the drugs but censored them with the old names to fit in the PEGI 18 rating
No, they didn't. The only time that happened was Med-X, which was originally Morphine. NONE, I REPEAT. NONE OF THE OTHER DRUGS had real-drug names. They all come from Fallout1/2.

Currently reinstalling Fallout: NV, are there any mods I should download that add stuff/buff things/make things look better?
Anyone here use nVamp? It looks really damned cool.
Jury Rigging would be awesome in New Vegas.
Anyone here use nVamp?
Jury Rigging would be awesome in New Vegas.
I think you meant "is awesome in New Vegas". And yes, it is - one of the few reasons to raise your Repair (actually the in-game repairs can be done with items, so it's pretty much the only reason, apart from crafting)
I for the life of me cannot work out how crafting works. I've got thousands of different ammo pieces because I have no idea what to do with them.
I for the life of me cannot work out how crafting works. I've got thousands of different ammo pieces because I have no idea what to do with them.
You need casing, powder, primer and lead. You have to buy the powder and primer, lead can be extracted from scrap metal, and casings can be found on enemies or "buying" them from merchants. You need the right casing, powder, and primer for each type of round.
My dead money DLC doesn't seem to work. I get all the followers but Eligja (or whoever) tells me that I haven't. I think the problem is DOG, the other two work fine but if I ask DOG to follow me I can't speak with him, if I try to he just says a random line
Any help? I can't get past the fountain part. I've tried to 5 times
a quick question, should i blow up megaton? [Y/N]
Fuck no Immediately after I do that I always get overwhelmed with a sense of "Well, what now?" Tenpenny tower is the exact same as Megaton, but soulless and full of assholes.
blow up Megaton, no one cares, sure your dad gets a bit sad, but other then that there are no real consequences from that.
blow up Megaton, no one cares, sure your dad gets a bit sad, but other then that there are no real consequences from that.
You instantly lose a thousand Karma You'll prolly lose the Strength bobblehead forever You lose Walter, that guy who buys worthless scrap metal for ten times the caps and has infinite caps for that purpose (I got rich by scavenging malls and metro tunnels carefully with that fellow) AND 5 exp per scrap. I'm just saying there's no reason innocents should die. If you want to kill lots of people, get some power armor and raid the shit out of Paradise Falls.
a quick question, should i blow up megaton? [Y/N]
blow it up after you get the next place that you need to go from moriarty and the strength bobblehead. i just blew it up as fast as i could once and i didnt know where to go next...

Holy shit, on fallout 3 I just had 2 crashes within like 2 minutes
GOD DAMMIT DOG, STOP GLITCHING OUT :argh:
I've actually never had dogmeat. Whenever I go to try and find him he's not there.
Tenpenny tower is the exact same as Megaton, but soulless and full of assholes.
There was that nice old guy though, the one who always tells his adventures on the radio (can't remember the name right now).
There was that nice old guy though, the one who always tells his adventures on the radio (can't remember the name right now).
Herbert Daring Dashwood is cool, but I think I prefer all the nice people in Megaton.
Hey guys, is Dead Money worth it? I want a significant amount of play time for $10.
Hey guys, is Dead Money worth it? I want a significant amount of play time for $10.
Do you want an unicorn and rainbow flavored ice cream with that
Hey guys, is Dead Money worth it? I want a significant amount of play time for $10.
It doesn't work for me. The beginning of it glitched out where you can't progress. I dunno of it's just me but I wasted 10$ and 3 hours :saddowns:
Hey, I'm trying to do a Melee-Explosives-Survival run on Hardcore, but the lack of dynamite and the over abundance of medical, speech, and science checks are pissing me off. I might start over with a Energy/Science/Medicine at this rate.
You have to buy the powder and primer
or you can break down an ammo type you're not using that's similar to the ammo you want to make. I change 12 gauge into 20 gauge all the time.
Herbert Daring Dashwood is cool, but I think I prefer all the nice people in Megaton.
The most infuriating moment of Fallout 3 for me was when I helped the Ghouls to peacefully move into Tenpenny tower. [sp]Those bastards killed Daring Dashwood! Not only was he a nice guy, he was probably the most pro-Ghoul human in the entire wasteland. What made it even more annoying was killing the Ghouls after they do this is counted as an evil action.[/sp]

Casings will also appear in your inventory randomly every time you shoot. Wow. Monster ninja. That's what you get for leaving a thread open :geno:
I just realized how annoying the lack of iron sights is on Fallout 3, as well as karma requirements and all that. In fact, Fallout 3 really kind of sucks in comparison to FNV. So, to the nexus I guess.
