I didn't notice any of the Jacobstown mutants' voices being bad.....
My God.....
Theres a super mutant master in Jakobstown, he has the worst voice acting I have heard in a long time...
Now what are you smoking? I don't want any.
I found the whole "rise a 200-years old bomber from World War 2 from the lake" quest a whole bunch of silly. Had it been really that long in there, it would be rusted beyond salvaging. Nothing lasts that long in such a good condition in water. Especially metals.
Also, aren't those craters around the radar station on the mountain caused by low-yield nukes? How the hell that facility is still left on the map, the closest one is literally twenty feet away from the base.

Maybe because in fallout universe their computing technology didn't go so far as to be vulnerable to EMP. They still use card-memory computers you know.
[editline]1st May 2011[/editline]
Most of the communications technology is still on the level with the radios on World War 2

You never addressed the reason why robots still even after 200 without maintenance, and old world machines at that
Plus most of the technology wasn't underwater since before they even started making robots and shit.
I may be late on this but apparently they've released the achievements for Honest Hearts.
http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_achievements_and_trophies Scroll near to the bottom there to see them. Two of the factions seem to be the White Legs and The Sorrows.
I've been looking everywhere for a race mod, or at least a mod that improves the skin texture. I find them to be shit.
Does anyone know of any of them?

Gee I don't know, as far as I know metal doesn't decompose.

Everything is made of metal and glass instead of plastic

I used to think Pre-War Money was useless. Then I saw how valuable Pre-War Money apparently is.
Because it's pretty much animated in the same way. In FO1 and 2's days, CGI was expensive and did not produce the wanted results. They used clay heads and stopmotion.
Wow, that's really cool.
Planning to spend the night playing through fallout 1 and 2.
Anything I should know about before hand?

That story can't be real. I don't think it survived a nuke. Probably just a normal bombing.

i googled it and it said it survived a regular bombing in the gulf war

Any NCR that did notice probably got converted to radioactive vapor long before they managed to radio in. Maybe they thought that these were remote-controlled Gutsies for a very smart Merchant.

A highish intelligence yields the fact that the Boomers are attacking Outer Vegas while this is going on.
but attacking an empty field.
So....bets on an Honest Hearts announcement this week?

They Flew it obviously :downs:
Why do I always try to use every kind of combat in this game yet the only weapon skills I've put points into are explosives (for things that go boom) and guns (because explosives aren't very efficent in places and are expensive).
Fallout Tactics.
No I mean A Fallout based in Chicago but made like Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

Im imagining a hilarious scene of the Robots dragging the bomber past everything while the metal scraping the ground emits a god awful noise.
Not working on my mod for a while was a terrible idea. I can't remember my train of thought at all.
Last I remember the guy finally sent me the DJ voices for the radio station. Should be a vastly enjoyable doubling of the filesize. Again. Horray.
Half of this is unusable and sounds like he was trying not to laugh at the voice he was putting on :suicide:

Because a lot of the weapons are redundant/useless. Most melee weapons are useless, especially if you come up against a deathclaw or something, energy weapons are pieces of shit, and unarmed is crap until you get the Ballistic fist, at which point it becomes the best skill in the game.
