And then she gets stung and knocked out and becomes useless. Cool.
Only if you're playing without hardcore mode. Which only pussies do.
pussies and people who don't like broken systems

Playing Fallout New Vegas with the latest patch compared to without any patches is like playing Mass Effect 2 when exporting a save.
people who don't like broken systems
See, that's the glory of the PC - if something fucks up, you can just click and type "resurrect". As Yes Man would say, EASY PEASY

An Area 51 DLC for New Vegas would be nice.
An Area 51 DLC for New Vegas would be nice.
Mothership Zeta 2: [del]Electric Boogaloo[/del] Black Mesa Edition? No thanks.
Mothership Zeta II: Aperture Science Edition
Mothership Zeta II: Aperture Science Edition
I dunno, Area 51 would strike me as having the cold, depressing concrete corridors of Black Mesa than the sterile, simple rooms of the Enrichment Center.
Area 51 is just a whole lot of boxes, you guys.
do they have any guns that fit the aesthetic thought not [editline]9th May 2011[/editline] Are there any good quest mods for NV?
New Vegas Bounties 1 & 2 aren't bad, only played through the first, but it's pretty long, a good variation of quests, and you get some nice weapons along the way.
Going to be making a new computer in about a week or so, and I was just wondering if this game was supported by Steam Cloud?

WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME ABOUT RAUL? He's such a bro-tier companion. I never went to get him, but Jesus fuck I regret it. He's so awesome.
WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME ABOUT RAUL? He's such a bro-tier companion. I never went to get him, but Jesus fuck I regret it. He's so awesome.
He's not only Danny Trejo, he's a pre-war Mexican mutant zombie cowboy! With an attitude to match!
He's not only Danny Trejo, he's a pre-war Mexican mutant zombie cowboy! With an attitude to match!
And a mechanic.
And a mechanic.
That, too. Not a great one, since he can't fix even a Mr. Handy.
That, too. Not a great one, since he can't fix even a Mr. Handy.
I always thought it was disappointing you couldn't use companions to pass some skill checks. Like have Arcade treat the wonded at Forlorn Hope, have Raul (and maybe Veronica) fix various things in the wasteland, have Boone teach the Misfits at Camp Golf (although that may not work since he's a sniper and they usually only work in pairs), and have Lily/Leo do intimidation checks. Still, you can bring Arcade to Bitter Springs and help there.
dress cane = best weapon
dress cane = best weapon
Someone needs to mod in a whole host of dress cane-based weapons. Rifle made out of a cane that shoots moustaches? YEAH
I love this machine.
Dat machine
Hardcore isn't that bad. The only annoying part is that the fucking ammo weighs a ton. I got plenty of water and food, and I can find a bed easily.
Am I the only one who doesn't like Raul? He seems just like Cass, keen to never shut the fuck up but not keen to actually do some killing.
