I wish they could remake the first 2 games, with the gameplay of new vegas, and more explorable but non-plot related areas. or for that matter, i wish they would DEMAKE 3 and New Vegas in the Fallout 1-2 style. [editline]12th May 2011[/editline] [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/5709783215_f82b42822e_o.jpg[/img_thumb] Holy. Fucking. Shit.
Am I the only person that can't stand gameplay like Fallout 1-2? I just hate games that force the player to play the game from a bird's eye view.

It's the interface, which is all over the place. It's not a gamebreaker but it's certainly annoying. Even Planescape torment, a game made by the same guys on the same engine, had a better interface.
Im not to sure if I want to download this or not On one hand it looks too clean but on the other its got a decent fucking texture for once
So much for the grand canyon being a radioactive pit of death that spells certain doom for all who enter. I thought it would be one of the true "HERE THERE BE DRAGONS" areas of the fallout 'verse, like the glow.
This isn't the Grand Canyon
This isn't the Grand Canyon
this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zion_National_Park [editline]13th May 2011[/editline]
So many weapons, can't carry them all :saddowns: [sp]Except shotguns and plasma weapons, I don't like them.[/sp]
god mode also how can you not like shotguns, the fully automatic weapons in this game feel like ass to shoot
And on a newly-grown third hand, HE'S HOLDING A FRICKIN' AKS 74-U WITH ONE HAND.
also the sling is on the stock mount which is weird
The Grand Canyon is 'The Great Divide', I believe. I hope Obsidian make it as awesome as the story hypes it up to be.

Is it just me or does Fallout 3 turn into a bit of a horror game as you go through the main story line? I just beat Galaxy News Radio last night and going into those subways with that ambient music is fucking creepy. I don't care how easy the enemies are to kill (except the brutes...fucking things), I was getting creeped out. I fucking sighed in relief when I made it back to the surface.
Obsidian keeps getting better and better with their writing, they can just take all my money for Honest Hearts for the dialogue alone. Say what you want about the color palette but point lookout was an awesome dlc and an awesome setting.

But that quest for hunting down the chinese spy's sub, holy shit that was great.
Well Fallout 3 was notoriously over-apocalyptic. More people in point lookout certainly would be nice. It could have been better definitely, but southern swamps is just such an awesome setting.
One thing I didn't like about FO3 is that every single enemy was a super mutant. I got so tired of them. I'm glad there really aren't many in New Vegas.
I am at least 60% surprised Graham survived.

Just grab a lot of Raiders and shit, dump them in some green shit, and BAM! New Mutants ripe for the shooting.
What the fuck, I took Raul to his shack and he still doesn't want to repair shit.

Cannibalized NCR Ranger Patrol Armour. Maybe there is or was an NCR presence.
You obviously haven't visited the dunwich building yet.
I can't go through that building. As in I literally can't. For some reason the game lags beyond playability when I go to the 2nd floor.
You obviously haven't visited the dunwich building yet.
Brb Wiki-ing it. Okay yea that place does sound pretty creepy. I'll have to find it next time I play. I just finished the quest with Lucy's Letter. [sp]I did it all peacefully, everyone is happy and the "vampires" now protect the small settlement in payment of bloodpacks. I also accepted Vance's offer to teach me some things of vampirism. Now I can drink blood and be healed woo![/sp] Also I love the Mini-Nuke Cannon. Everytime I run into a Brute I almost always have to use it on them because I don't have enough ammo to go around and certainly not enough armor or aid.
http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41651 my god this is amazing

Oh god, I only just noticed that ED-E is pronounced "Eddy" not "E-D-E"
