Can someone explain to me how exactly the disguise system works with the reputation thing? Let's say I'm dressed as NCR and then go rape and pillage Mohave Outpost. Am I only hated while I'm disguised as NCR? Does Karma affect it/affected by disguise?

need some help trying to complete "For The Republic, Part 2" but in the quest log, it says "Remove Mr. House as a threat to the NCR." isn't complete, I did that, and I also can't select the quest, I am also unable to locate where Col. Moore is.

I haven't been in this thread since about 4-5 versions ago - I want to start up New Vegas again, but with a couple of mods to make things a bit more interesting. Does anyone have a good set of mods to use? The front page doesn't have a list at all for New Vegas, so I figured I'd ask. I was looking at using World of Pain, Fellout, and Nevada Skies so far, and I know I need the Mod Manager and Script Extender. I'm also wondering if there's something like FOOK available for Vegas yet.

Remnants power armor looks so awesome.

Any consequences for assaulting the Gun Runners' HQ? I want that carbine but not if it fucks up my game for later.

Guys whats the best way to make money and/or gain levels in Fallout 3(Xbox360, no expansions or dlcs). It's easy to get money if you're an evil fucker killing everyone and stealing their shit, but I'm trying not to go that route. Also I haven't really found a lot of towns with much of anything in them (I blew up Megaton).

Also if you blew up megaton,tenpenny tower may be a good alternative since thats where your home is.

I killed everyone inside on one character, and the robot was still happy to trade with me. It might prevent his inventory updating though, but I haven't checked. It didn't seem like it, but you never know. Edit: According to the Vault, there are no negative effects at all for killing them. The vendortron will resupply as normal regardless.
