This looks pretty awesome.
But I'd like a legacy DS, essentially a DS Lite or something where the GBA slot plays GB/GBC games as well.

Screenshot 2 shows Mario and a regular Chain Chomp. Not some fancy looking one that can be easily identified as a partner but a regular looking one. I hope that means that you can convert any enemy as a partner. I would love to have a Dance Guy as a partner.

That site also has screenshots for Star Fox 64 3D, Super Street Fighter 4, and a few other games. They're touching up the graphics for Star Fox 64 holy shit fuck yes WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

It's true 3D. The way it works is that it creates two individual images in one pixel, thus kind of creating two overlapping screens that form 3D.

My guess is that the chain chomp is a place holder as those are really early screen shots. Though I would love to see a chain-chomp companion.
So far, I've managed to survive with just the original DS, but it looks like I'm going to have to get this. Looks kinda cool.
