Although on a cold ass day, having a jet taxi near you is great when they turn their ass to you..nice and warm. Also apache's landing infront of you can blow you out of your chair :D

The Fp il2 community gets flusters of activity where we'll play a few games over a couple of days, then not play for weeks

1946 is essentially the complete edition. It includes the original game + 2 expansions and the 1946 addon.

Yeah we should set up a day, preferably this week in wich we play 1946.

i need to get my game back up and running. My Steam version keeps freezing at 95% on the title screen. I was sad to see it wouldn't work after i re-wired my Joystick back to life. That was fun...:argh:

I'd be more than willing to play this weekend. Sometime Friday/Saturday night.

That was fun...:argh:[/QUOTE] I always wanted to buy like an X45 or something, and extend the arms with long pvc pipes so I could set the controller at my feet, and the throttle on a panel bolted to my chair so it was like real cockpit controls...

Recently bought this. I'm not so good at keeping the plane in the air so all I've done so far is play on autopilot until my plane gets shot up a ridiculous amount then try and land it safely. It gets intense.
