Apparently it passed stretch goals 1 and 2, now it's almost made it to 3. Are you guys going to add any more if you get more pledges in the last 50 hours?
No- there are no plans on adding extra stretch goals.
Stretch goal 4: second analogue stick
We just reached the third stretch goal!
You guys have any dimensions or stuff for this? CAD drawings, maybe? I might try to 3D print a case for it if any of you are interested. Got my 3D printer but haven't actually designed anything I've printed and I need a challenge.

When I get clearing (if I do, and this might take quite the while) I'll publish it.
So now that I have money, what's the best way to obtain one of these? Just make the necessary donation?
So now that I have money, what's the best way to obtain one of these? Just make the necessary donation?
Yep, you have about 6 hours
Awesome, two new goals Goal #5 seems unlikely at this point, but I'm still hoping for it!
Really wish you guys could add a second analog stick :( Guess you can't have everything, though. This thing does look awesome and even though I can't throw any money at you currently I'll definitely have to when I can.
You guys have 5 minutes to get one, get going also
No- there are no plans on adding extra stretch goals.
^ lies [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] Well I guess we don't get a free microsd card
possible PS1 support? Hell yes! If this'll let me keep a good game of Raiden DX in my pocket, it may very well be worth the price. (...well, there IS a arcade version but the encryption has yet to be cracked. the PS1 port is the only option, really.)
YES! We made it, thanks everyone for the outstanding community support, a shout for every backer, every word spread and to every critic made during the process. Hope ya'll backers enjoy your console once they're ready and dropped by your doorsteps.
^ lies
The decision was made after I had posted that message- so I forgot to edit the post and eventually headed to sleep.

Got the email today asking for a shipping address and choice of colour, whee.
Is this device much different than the openpandora?
Great device but the small resolution is really not for me. If it had bigger resolution it could've been used for so much more.
Great device but the small resolution is really not for me. If it had bigger resolution it could've been used for so much more.
At the likely expense of stretched visuals and lower battery life.
At the likely expense of stretched visuals and lower battery life.
Letterboxing is nothing new. And as for lower battery life, depending on how much low. If it can last 6 hours then it's good for me. Again, nothing wrong with the device, just isn't for me.

I apologize for the assumption. I'll likely be picking one of these systems up in May when they should be up for grabs in higher batches. Should have a good £150 to throw down by that point, more than enough providing shipping to the UK isn't a complete ass.
We're launching a new campaign, wish us luck! (and pledge if you feel like it.) That means shipping won't be such a problem!
Argh, I have no money in the foreseeable future and I want one of these devices. Why do all these nice expensive things have to come out this year. Why.
Argh, I have no money in the foreseeable future and I want one of these devices. Why do all these nice expensive things have to come out this year. Why.
Daaamn. I want one of these real bad, but I probably won't be able to buy one before summer
Update: A 512mb unit has arrived at the hands of our main kernel hacker. The fixed bootloader should follow soon. Also, we attended to this year's PAX, bringing some prototypes to our booth, here's a few videos of it! Looking good! If that guy gets the bootloader done and Justin flashes and ships them, does that mean i can expect mine to arrive in the next few weeks?
Looking good! On the following weeks after the SE ones are shipped KS pledges will be shipped. I'll try to confirm this once Justin gets online.
So if it's SE, then KS, how long until after the KS pledge ones have been shipped will it be available to those who didn't pledge? I know you're saying May, but any available estimate is fine. Also, I know it's 95% unlikely, but is there any blurriness on the emulation, particularly for things like the GBA? Blurriness is a huge turnoff for me, and I'm unfamiliar with things like the Dingoo and this and as such unable to know the answer myself.
It looks pretty clear from the video, and from owning a Dingoo and Caanoo, I can say that both of those are also very clear
It looks pretty clear from the video, and from owning a Dingoo and Caanoo, I can say that both of those are also very clear
I was in "just making sure" mode, and I couldn't see any emulation as much as software specifically put onto it.
There's a lot of older videos with emulation and it looks pretty good. I'm exploding with anticipation for mine to ship and arrive

Unless you're talking about ghosting, in this case, I never noticed any.
