You asked for a computer that costs about as much as a 360 and can play the same games if not better. Rixxz IV showed you a computer that has even better performance than a 360. You asked him to prove that it's actually better than a 360 because you wouldn't know it yourself. Why even start an argument like this if you don't even know?
