And the Negatively Affected part probably means that the copy is gimped in some way to do it being pirated.

That army mission is the first mission and afaik you can only play from 10 upwards with the crack.
If it really uses any kind of DRM I will not even THINK about buying it for a second.
I was afraid that something like this would happen, either DRM or bullshit DLC's, it just seemed too perfect.
