Some russian dudes ended unsuccessfully cracking the game. But same as with GTA IV, the crack has it's consequences - Instead of GTA IV "Drunken guy mode" the crack, after 1st chapter, soaks up your life till 1 hp. I lol'd.

it's all fixed, the game is fully cracked with the Crack v2, it work for me, the only thing i have work on are the videos in my not language [highlight](User was banned for this post ("Warez" - compwhizii))[/highlight]

The linearity is to be expected, I suppose, it's kind of what Mafia is known for. A linear game with a great plot that drives the story along. I just really hope that the story is actually good. The only ingame things that bothered me during the demo was the lack of civilian attention (no one passes a glance when you kick in the cafe door/no one cares about the brawl until you kill him). Also how they never describe your clothes/car, but changing them allows you to get away, but that's minor in my eyes/

The devs already said that there are no sidemissions. [editline]08:46PM[/editline] But no free ride though? That sucks.

Part of me thinks they should have dropped the open world all together, so that it wouldn't be compared to GTA. Everyone is expecting a Rockstar-style open world, just because you can roam the city, but that's not at all what the game is about.

does anyone know how to get the DLC in the demo?

I'll shit bricks if someone tells me how to get the DLC in the demo.

In theory, if he bought the game, he would only be breaking the law if he shared anything, but he's not sharing any files from the game. So... Enjoy the screenshots.
