I'm struggling to keep playing this DLC it's too repetitive

Are the hooker playable character model too? The blondie one, is it possible to make her follow Vito/Joe around? thanks for putting up the playable character although I can only use it on my Demo with m2dev but it doesn't seem to work on the retail version.

A friend of mine just played the DLC. I have to say it sucks many balls. Nonsense arcade mode which doesn't fit at all. Boring missions which felt like there were the originial sidemissions from Mafia 2. No real story whatsoever.
Just stupid moneymaking.
Pretty much, yeah. It gives kind of the sandbox that was cutted out back, but i want vito as model >:(
You guys seem to hate on the DLC a shitload.
I don't find it amazing but it isn't horrible. Other companies have released 10 times worse DLC (lol mw2 anyone?)
Just a small arcadey entertain yourself a bit "free roam" mode.
I got it gifted to me for free anyway so it'd say its definitely worth it.
I love the game but 1 thing that annoyed me was how the tiny WW2 Chapter at the begining of the game was pretty much a cop out for them to be lazy and not make any proper weapons for the rest of the game and just give everyone ww2 weapons. Like whens the last time you heard of thugs using MP40s and Grease guns? wut?
Would have been a lot nicer if they took the time and made a different set of weapons or at least more of them. Just some random ones that I think SHOULD have been in the game just by default:
-a knife
-a suppressed pistol of some sort
-a sawed off shotgun pretty iconic thing of the mafia yet they don't have it...
-a few different types of handguns or rifles just for the cosmetic effect so it doesn't feel like I'm carrying the only pistol type in the game
A BAR or machine gun would had been great.........

I spend all day on Chapter 14 on Hard, I finaly manage all the way to [sp]saving Joe[/sp]. I go outside and now I'm stuck spawning under the ground. ALL THIS FOR NOTHING. Now I have to restart the whole chapter, fucking game. Anyone knows how to teleport Vito up like 15 units?
It all went well when the game suddenly went :hurr:

By best, if you mean the new intel series, then you're incorrect. I have 60 fps maxed out on my i7 with a 4870. Never drops either.

I got it do detect the Mod, But it didn't use the mod because "I have not paid for it".

Mafia 2 and this DLC have cost me just under £30 in total. A price most people paid for the main game alone. If they were lucky.
