Although their stance on modding is incredibly odd, and incredibly detrimental to the lifetime of the game, I don't really see it as something we need to have in order for it to be a good game.
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, although the lack of modding does put a spot on 2k Czech, the fact that they made a good game (from what we can tell so far), out-powers that.

In the PC folder, create a folder called userscript
within that create a text document and save it as autoexec.lua
Make sure you didn't save it as a text document.
