I'm from Europe and have a question... When someone buy me the game from USA via Steam, can I activate it today?

I'm pretty on the fence about this, I liked the time period, I'm not so sure about the new york Mafia theme, and visually it's very impressive. But I don't really want to spend 60$ on another sandbox run around. Reviews have said it's fairly mediocre. I've played the demo and thought it was alright, but again, it didn't really give me the impression it was unique in any way other than it's setting.

I was supposed to go to sleep ages ago. The demo is about 1% of the full game.

It's unlocking early on steam. If we preordered at the store can we go pick it up?

I hate how the first mafia leaves you so dead in the water in terms to knowing your surroundings. The fact that they have a spot for a mini map and yet they make you hold down a button to see the map while driving is ridiculous.
