Chapter 12 is the best to "free roam" with at the moment.
I run around robbing stores and raising all kinds of hell in the city with Joe and Henry.
It's quite fun.

So with an unspoilered opinion, how are some of the missions? Like how's the atmosphere and feel, I saw someone who posted a video on here as you walk in a line with people jeering at you? I like that kind of feel, bit like in COD4 where you were tied up and that guy is about to shoot you.
I don't get why everyone is complaining about the end. It makes sense that [sp]Joe died. I mean you guys did fuck up pretty damn big. If it weren't for Leo you'd have been killed too. As for what happens to you I'd assume you would keep doing the stuff you're doing but for the Vinci family until either your luck finally ran out and you got killed or went to jail, again, or you got out of the business somehow. I think you guys just can't handle the fact that the ending wasn't happy. I wouldn't expect there to be a very happy ending. I don't think there is going to be any DLC releasing to "finish the story" since it's already done. I don't know about the rest of you but I saw that Joe was going to die from the beginning.[/sp]
On another note I do wish they had free roam after the game since you usually get involved in the mission from the moment you start each day which doesn't really give you time for free roam. Anyone know when this "Jimmy's Vendetta" DLC is going to release for PC? I saw the achievements for it.

The atmosphere is excellent just like it was in the original Mafia.
It takes a hit though from the rushed feel of the stories pacing.
You'll see what i mean when you play the game.

It's not that it's sad, it's that it's badly done. If they added a mission, or an hour worth of story it would probably be nice. But nooo they had to cut it off, just for the cliffhanger potential to make another game. Look at the first game, the ending was sad, but because it was an actual ending, not just a black screen, it was good.
I envy you guys, my copy won't come until tomorrow atleast :(
