I'm quite sure you'll find Mafia 2 is only on Steam, except for the Consoles of course.

He said he wanted a version of Dev Console that worked on the Steam Version.

Currently the dev console only works on the non steam version.

You can put two and two together yourself.

Devconsole doesn't work on the steam version but s0beit's trainer does.

So use s0beit's trainer v4 to run LUA scripts on the steam version.

Just make sure you put the folder in mafia ii/pc

Start Mafia II, go to freeride and then run the injector once you spawn.
