What the hell is up with the console being all buggy? Sometimes when I enter a command and press enter, it doesn't send it, and that's fucking annoying...
[editline]04:56PM[/editline]
So I pretty much have to restart the game.
#lua game.game:GetActivePlayer():InventoryAddMoney(9999)
#lua game.game:GetActivePlayer():GetOwner():RepairAndClear()
#lua game.shop:SetAllShopExplored()
#lua game.game:GetActivePlayer():GetOwner():SetActualTuningTable(3)
SetActualTuningTable(xx)
xx = 0\1\2\3
set car tuning level(3 = compressor)
#lua game.shop:SetAllShopExplored()
remove #lua in front.
I'm glad you're not a writer for this game.
Well to me anything would be better than the current ending, it just cuts of, as if there was more story to go but for some odd reason they decided to end it there. They could have atleast finished the narrative that was started at the begining, when Vito is sitting behind a desk and looking at photos talking about his life.

The sky and face is missing since it's supposed to be in DLC that we don't have.
God fucking damnit 2k, why the hell didn't you guys play through on the 360?
Now I'm fucking stuck on the fucking loading screen after fucking giving fucking [sp]Bruno his[/sp] fucking [sp]money[/sp].
I am not happy at all because now I can't finish the game. :mad:
still not working :(
make sure you saved it as LUA and not TXT.
when you save as, select all files then type "autoexec.lua"

Yup its all of that exactly...smashing F7 ingame and nothing though :( all the other commands work for guns, money etc
although in the lua.log file there is an error that say "Error calling Lua code with name (s0beit)(Runtime Error)"

Idk, the Script Execution Feature in Sobeit's Trainer never worked for me with the full game :\

You will be looking for a new keyboard soon.
Chapter 10 is a good chapter to mess around on, you have lots of money. Unfortunately henry doesn't have certain guns though.

hyuk hyuk hyuk, so is there a lua-injector program that works with the full game steam version yet?
Graphics are grand and Empire Bay has an amazing atmosphere. Just a shame that there isn't much to do there apart from the story missions. I know the Mafia-series has a different structure than GTA but I couldn't help to notice the great lack of activities.
The only way to earn money is to either rob stores or crush cars.
I certainly wouldn't mind a Free-roam mode, vigilante missions, taxi driving, races and fight clubs.
Cars handle great and while they start out a bit sluggier than for example GTA IV you'll eventually get used to it. I like that you have to fill gas if you use the same car long enough.
Combat is ok, but the lack of blind fire and any evasive rolls pulls it down a bit and makes it a bit rigid.
The inventory is a bit cluttered, since you got like five different SMGs and three different rifles on you at times. They all serve the same purpose so I think it would be better to limit it a bit. Maybe so you can only carry one SMG and one rifle (shotgun, Garand or K98).
The story was a disappointment compared to the original Mafia.
Apart from Joe and Henry I didn't care much about any of the characters. For example, when Henry got sent [sp]to whack Leo I was like "ok, sucks for him I guess", and when my objective was to warn him I was like "Oh, I care about this guy?".[/sp]
The final mission and the ending was incredibly weak compared to Mafia 1, which ended beautifully, in Mafia 2 however; [sp]"Joe wasn't part of the deal" followed by the credits. A fucking cliffhanger, and it wasn't even a good one.[/sp]
Mafia 2 is a good game, but not as good as Mafia 1.
Certain aspects could be better and the story, which I bought the game for, turned out to be only decent.
I give this game a weak 8 out of 10.
Fuck yeah, just drove my car in 243 km/h :v:
just beat it
loved the game
worst fucking ending ever though. jesus fucking christ
This.

Still fun though
I've isolated myself from this thread for days.
Are there any mods, and if yes which ones are worth getting?

That error means you either saved the autoexec wrong or you're putting the code in wrong.
Your autoexec.lua should look like this
http://i38.tinypic.com/x1c3k5.png
If it says text document under "type", you saved it wrong.
Your LUA code should look like this
game.game:GetActivePlayer():ShowHat(false)
game.shop:SetAllShopExplored()
game.game:GetActivePlayer():GetOwner():SetActualTuningTable(3)
If you did this all correctly and you're still getting that runtime error the only other thing it could be is you're not running the injector as administrator.

anyone know how to give Henry a weapon in freeride?

Its all exactly like that, injector is ran as admin but i still get the error and its not working....using legit retail steam version if that makes any difference...
i take it the rags to riches chapter is an unfinished "jimmy" DLC, the character is bald it look like, and wears glasses.
@robersdee:
Not sure if it's 'Jimmy' DLC. There are many DLCs hinted in the files.
Could be many of them. With that said, it is most likely Jimmy DLC though.
Pretty sure Rags To Riches is Jimmy's Vendetta and 0 Sony DLC is the PS3 'Exclusive' Jimmy DLC.
@G3N0M3:
Anytime. :)
