OMFG i can't beat Derek on hard difficulty to save my life. I drive a car into the back of the room and kill the 2 guards off immediately and i also am able to kill the 2 pairs of guards that run down the stairs. The problem is that i can't shoot the 2 guards with tommy guns on top without derek killing me with a motolov, how the heck did you guys beat this on hard. Wherever i run to Derek is able to hit me with a motolov

It's actually more of a glorified "Free Ride" mode, or the sidemissions part of Mafia II, there's very little story and it's more of an arcade style free roaming type of game.

What I did is just took cover on the first crate, and took out the guy firing on top and the guys charging at you quickly while watching out for molotovs, it's pretty easy once you just keep switching covers after Derek throws a molotov, after the guards are taken out, quickly go upstairs and go to Derek's office, quickly kill the 2 guys there and just hide there, Derek would eventually stop throwing molotovs and fire at you with a Tommy Gun, proceed to bread and butter cover and pop shots at him then or an insta kill headshot then you're done. Also did this on Hard by the way.
I got the most amazing luck when I was trying to [sp]kill Derek[/sp] on Hard, I was covering behind a crate and I slowly saw his head just leaning out of a crate, I took a shot at him and got a headshot with a tommy.

Same happened to me in that mission. First, I started shooting at him as he was driving away and managed to hit the gas tank, so his car just exploded. I wanted to do it the right way, with a car chase, so I killed myself and tried again. This time, I also was firing at his car as he was driving away, without trying to hit anything, but ended up hitting the driver in the head anyway. I didn't feel like retrying so I just went with that.
The carchase isn't that good fyi.

I just sped up and rammed him in the side of his car and then set him on fire with a petrol bomb, I thought it was a rather fitting death.

I was surprised but relieved they let you go like that.

I only got the limit. I don't think they let you get all of them.
For me the second I got the last one he said 'better get back to henry' or something like that. Though the game told me to go back to Joe's Apartment.

Yeah got all six, it's not really that hard, just drive all to the nearest points first with the speed limit/driving carefully, this should get you 5 stamps out of 6, then just drive to the bridge with the one on the most west of the map gas station and just speed there, you should make it with still a quarter time left, minor differences whether you get them all or not, it's really just a bonus money making job.
Damnit quick, someone give me the console command for lotsa monehh?!
