As far as I know, it has all cars. Except police and some other special cars that require original car flags.

Probably, finished the game on Hard first try, wasn't really hard, a few frustrating moments [sp]mostly being with the first time trying to kill Derek[/sp] but otherwise, it should be a walk in the park if you take cover properly and drive efficiently aka just don't rush in every gunfight or drive like a maniac.
I tried Normal and Easy just for kicks, most of the things I noticed are just less accurate enemies and more health, other than that, no major changes on each difficulty other than caring much more for your character's health.
Mafia I was still buttloads harder due to the lack of cover system back then and non-regenerating health, as well as realistic magazines for weapons and your allies as well can die, though it was still pretty awesome.

Make sure you put the M2Dev files on the pc folder since this is where your Mafia2.exe lies. Also make sure the M in Mafia2.exe is capitalized, if it isn't, try renaming it to something else, then rename it again to Mafia2. Also try running it as administrator. Also just a reminder again, the button for the console is F12

You have to start a new game on hard difficulty, not replay each chapter individually on hard.
