Rent it or wait for the price to go down.
There are trainers but it seems they don't work 100% on the legit version.

They're the same company, though. Just there's one branch in Czechoslovakia that happened to have developed the game.
So I found this cool glitch spot in the map that makes your car have a seizure if you drive into it:

If you try to climb on the car while it's doing its thing, you'll just get pushed off, but sometimes the camera gets messed up from that and it'll get stuck on Vito's feet:

Sprinting for a second fixes the camera though.
It doesn't look like much from the pictures, but it's much more hilarious when you see it in motion.

I believe they plan to add Free Ride officially with the next patches . . .
I want to get all the playboy magazines but I honestly do not feel like replaying the game. It's just so.. disappointing. I mean the game wasn't bad at all, but the ending. UGH.
